Shipping policy

Shipments are made only after the order reaches $500. You can keep an open box until it reaches $500.

The shipping cost will be quoted only after shipment is packed. If you need a estimate prior to complete you order, please contact sales@nativagems.com

The shipping quote wil be invoiced separately from the products invoice. Shipments are made from Brazil through either FedEx or UPS. 

Each country has its own import policies. Please check your countries import rules, and possible fees, duties or taxes. We are not responsable for import fees and they are only charged once the shipment arrives the country of destiny, pior being delivered.
