Orders with Partial/Full Advance Payments

• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment.
• After 7 days, all payments become non-refundable — no exceptions.

Open Box Policy

• Paid items can remain in your open box for up to 30 days, or until the US$300 minimum order is reached — whichever comes first.
• After this period:
  • Items will be returned to available stock
  • You will receive full store credit instead of a refund, applicable to future purchases

We strongly recommend finalizing your selections within the 30-day window to ensure item availability.

 

By completing your order, you accept Nativa Gems’ terms:
